Organization chart allow access to parent Organization

Hi Erman,

I configured Organization chart with Oracle EBS. I have seen all your blogs on Organization chart.

when i click on Talent profile using Manager Self Service. I can click on Go up and access parent hierarchy details till top hierarchy and take actions.

This is wrong behavior. Manager must able to access his subordinates not this manager till top department and take actions.

Please suggest how can i stop managers to access top department hierarchy.

It is for making salary data not to be visible for Managers in Organization chart.. Not exactly the same as you want, but it may give you an idea and you can find your way with it..

The Doc is for Oracle Fusion, I don't find security and maintenance in Oracle EBS 12.2

You need to create a SR for that.. That HR Org Chart is a spin off thing. I don't think it is that flexible..
The last time I configured it was the year 2015 or 2016, so I don't have any clients that using it right now.. Just ask it to Oracle Support okay..

Not good to use. It has lots of Security. Already raised a SR. Now management decided not to use it
