PDF Alignment in oracle reports

We are having issue on PDF document generated from Oracle report having alignment errors. The PDF alignment is okay with Acrobat reader .
Appreciate any help to understand the possible reasons that cause this alignment issue.

That may be caused by Fonts. Fonts with different sizes may create a alignment problem in the output.
