PDF Output vanishes after two seconds unable to print it

Hello,

There is a customized PDF report which vanishes as soon as it opens after 2 seconds the user is unable to print the report. He was able to do it 2,3 days ago but suddenly this starts happening. Please tell if we can correct this and what possible issues these can be.

Send me all the details about the report(all the necessary info --custom report or standard, XML publisher or direct PDF, concurrent manager driver or other), screenshots of the error, steps to reproduce it and all the log files.. Then we 'll see what can be done about it.
