Hello,

I am having this issue today that PDF requests outputs are shown on some PC when clicked on view output and on some pc its showing blank page nothing totally grey out. Can you please help me with that. Same thing also noticed on Inventory On hand form when click on find no transaction are shown instead it shows blank grey out form.

Check your browser's configuration. Ensure there is no browser configuration that may block you from opening/seeing that PDFs.

Ensure that the output that you are trying to open is a real one.. That is you can't open an empty file.. I mean if your concurrent request is not producing an output, then you can't open it.. this is normal..

I didn't told you the whole problem. Along with the PDF not viewing output issue there is also issue of a form of Onhand that when find didn't show anything. But at one pc it was opening and pdf output also viewed. So this morning when we open PDF output it was opening on all pc I don't understand this how it's possible. The form issue is although today is only coming on my pc and upon changing Ie settings it worked well. But how pdf viewing resolved on its own.

It may be caused by your client-browser configuration.
Check with your client support.

Also, if there is a failure while using a form in a client PC, then please enable java console, reproduce the issue and send me the java console output , so I can check it.

I too my self think that pdf output not showing issue was also due to IE settings, bacause the form issue got resolve by this settings but I am still unsure about pdf reports why it is showing now for that I have tried to change the settings to reproduce the issue but couldn't do so. Next time if the problem came I will sure upload the java logs.
