Patching EBS 12.2

Hi dear Erman!
So if we  want to to patch our system to  the latest level
0. 12.2.14 +19c
1. ETCC newest patch  and run on Middle tier and DB tier
2. ECPUC latest utility (critical patch update checker)
3. EJCPUC ( java critical patch update checker)
4.Patch Wizard  to run for used products.

Do You agree or we are missing something ? This way we should have all reuired patches for techology, security patches and ebs.
