Platform Migration from Oracle Solaris on SPARC 11(64-bit) to RHEL 7.6

I need to migrate my current EBS from Oracle Solaris 11(64bit) to Redhat Linux 7.6 (64bit).

Please provide me the exact migration procedural path/steps i.e the exact note ID that i should follow.

Which are the exact note ID's i should follow for migrating Database and Application stacks to make this migration successful?

My Current Environment:

EBS Version --> 12.1.3
DB Version  ---> 11.2
OS Version  ---> Oracle Solaris on SPARC 11(64-bit)
