Prepare phase failing - ICM Issue

Hi Erman,

Need help with the following error:

Submitting ADZDPATCH concurrent program.
    [UNEXPECTED]Error determining status of Internal Concurrent Manager
    [UNEXPECTED]Error calling runConcurrentProgram subroutine.
    Stopping services on patch file system.
    Stopping admin server.
    Stopping node manager.
    [ERROR]     Prepare phase has failed.

I installed new DB home. Downloaded software, unzipped, did relink all, created 9i directory and copied ebs related files from backup. After that I applied RUP to DB. Now trying to apply some app patches.

The ICM log shows issue in apps listener connection.

We need to see the log.. It seems this is a concurrent manager related issues. ADZDPATCH  is a concurrent program. It cannot be executed. +And even your internal concurrent manager is not healthy..
So if you fix your concurrent managers, you will be ok..
