Prepare phase hangs R12.2.5

Env
2 node rac 19.17
2 node apps tier

We are running prepare phase. It seems it got stuck while generating tablespace report. $AD_TOP/12.0.0/sql/ADZDSHOWTS.sql.
No errors in logs.Any possible reasons?

Any suggestions what can be the reasons?

What is the db session doing? Please check that.. The last sql seems like ADZDSHOWTS.sql.. So is it waiting for something? Or is it finished and adop is another thing? Please check it as a whole.
