Problem Multi-Nodo EBS when run concurrent

      I have a problem. I hope you believe me help.
I have an EBS configuration of multiple servers. I had the sebs4101lx server first and now I added the sebs4102lx server following the note ID 1383621.1, 5.3 Adding a New Application Tier Node to an Existing System, not a shared file system. Then, I am balancing them by DNS according to the note ID 1375686.1.
I have a problem. If I have the two servers UP, I can run a concurrent Test "Activer User" without problems on both servers (see photo 1), but if down one of the two servers, and the execution of the concurrent Test "Acive User" does not end, it is not completed (see photo 2 ). For it to be completed, if or if I have to UP the "concurrent manager" of the other node where I download the services (see photo 3).
Why is this happening? The idea of ​​having a "Multi-Nodo configuration" is that if one is down, the other one can still respond well perfectly.

doing the procedure in reverse is not the same symptom. If down the application in the first node, the sebs4101lx, the concurrent in the sebs4102lx node are not executed. Start the Concurrent Manager in the sebs4101lx and the Concurrent in the sebs4102lx are not executed either. I have to if or if I UP the  application of sebs4101lx so that the concurrent in the node sebs4102lx run normally

First of all, I can not see photo 1, photo 2 and photo 3.

Second, It may be related with your Parallel Concurrent Processing Setup.

Hello Ernan. From what I read the PCP configuration is with a Shared File System configuration.
It can also be configured in a "No file system" environment but at least you have to share the APPL_TOP between the two nodes?

Currently my two nodes are completely independent. I have two data centers and one that is in each of them. The idea is that if one data center fails, the other can continue to function without problems (the database is by dataguard). But currently if one is not parked, the other can not run concurrent. Yes or at least do I have to have an nfs shared with the APP_TOP?

I have not configuration PCP why my enviroment, is "Multinode on a non-shared file system". Each node has its own file systems.

The secondary node sebs4102lx, was added following the following steps

PCP is for multi node apps tier environments.

What do you mean by "No file system" environment?

Sorry. What I want to say, is that from what I read, PCP is for multiple environments with shared file systems. I do not want to have shared file systems. How do I balance the concurrent without a shared file system?

you can configure PCP on non-shared environments as well..

Read : Configuring and Managing Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.x Forms and Concurrent Processing for Oracle RAC (Doc ID 2029173.1)

There is an example there.

See the environment documented there.. Section 2: Environment

 there are four RAC Database nodes and four non-shared application tiers. The first two application tiers are dedicated to Oracle Forms and the next two application tiers are dedicated to concurrent processing (configured to use PCP). Oracle E-Business Suite has many managed servers (such as forms_server1, oacore_server1, and so on) that are managed by the WebLogic server.

So what you read was wrong.. PCP can be implemented on non-shared environments as well..
