We have installed vision instance and we completed applying R12.2.10 RUP.
When we open the login page,security configuration console,we are unable to unlock. No error,nothing happens. Attached the screenshot.
Please review and suggest.
We have reloaded the jar files to database.compiled apps schema and then compiled jsp. Then we are able to login and proceed furthur. After launching forms,we can see big font. Where can we reduce the font.
and we have around 300 invalids which are attached and few forms failed to compile.Not sure if we can ignore them since it is vision instance. Pls suggest
If you are not using those forms, you can ignore .. This is a demo , just a VISION env right.. so..
About your font problem -> Send a screenshot and let me see it.. It may be related with the client side.. The java launcher.. A compatibility mode or something may result such a problem.. It may be related with the client side java config I mean. But send me a screenshot and details about your client side java & its config.. At the same time, make your Client Support check your Windows PC and your Java installation.. You may consider reinstalling Java ( a supported one, with a supported/or recommended config) -- > as a quick try.
Review -> Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 12.2 and 12.1 (Doc ID 389422.1) and ensure you are not in a awkward state in your client side.
