Did you do all the prereqs for using patch wizard, for analyzing the patches?
I guess you don't have access to Internet from the Apps node of EBS right?
If so, please check and follow -> How To Use Patch Wizard Without Setting Up Internet Connection (Doc ID 741129.1)

Thanks.
I will read that note (Doc ID 741129.1) .
Yes we don't have access to Internet from the Apps node of EBS.
With the same conditions , on the same systeme, I used to do this in the same manner and it worked in the past.
Regards.

Hi,
I read that and followed it.
Hi,
Here is what I input:

Another question: is p22975519_R12.AP.C_R12_GENERIC.zip an ad patch or nonad patch?
is it correct to put only 22975519 in the Analyze specific Patches box?

Thanks and regards.

Re: R12.2 Patch Analyz

Hi,
the problem was solved like this:
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Download the latest infobundle from https://updates.oracle.com/download/InfoBundleR12.zip and copy it to staging directory on the Application Tier.

2. From the Patch Wizard, run the "Create Recommendation analysis" / Task "Recommended patches".

The first time this is run, it will take time to complete as it needs to upload the information to the tables. This Task will upload Patch info bundle to the database.

3. Retest the issue (see if "Analyze specific patch" button is Enabled now)

Best Regards.
