R12.2 Workflow mailer does not start

Hi,
On R12.2 en AIX
When starting Work Flow Mailer, it stays on starting for long time and finaly deactivated:



When I looked in log I see:
FNDCPGSC220920.txt:<heap-resize id="1170" type="expand" space="tenure" amount="1048576" count="1" timems="0.097" reason="insufficient free space following gc" timestamp="2020-12-17T15:32:28.878" />

Might it be a reason?



Any idea? Where to investigate?

Yes. This might be the reason..
Increase the memory allocated to mailer service by following MOS note 444939.1 "How do you Change the Maximum Memory Size taken by Workflow Service Container?"

Ensure you have enough free memory on your apps node as well..

But, Wf mailer log should be analyzed well.. There may be other issues there as well.
