R12.2 installation did not install EBS apps on Apps Server

I am installing the R12.2 on multi-nodes - one for DB and other for the Apps. All installation files are staged on the DB server and not shared with apps server. When I ran the rapidwiz on the database server, it only installed the database components but not the EBS Apps. Do I need to rerun the rapidwiz on the Apps server just like I did on the DB server? If yes, then do I need to copy the stage dir to Apps server? Please assist.

Yes...
You should run rapidwiz from apps tier and load the configuration from database..
When you run the rapidwiz from apps tier and when you load the configuration, rapidwiz will know its database and install the apps tier only.
