I need one clarification.we have changed s_vm_jvm_startup_properties to change the admin heap size.is it mandatory to run autoconfig because i have ran autoconfig in check mode but could nt see any files being changed a part from env files.we need your expert answer.

are you talking about s_nm_jvm_startup_properties?
If you change this, you need to run autoconfig. This is documented.
As for the adchkcfg.sh part;

Configuration files may not be changed, but there will still be some activities -> like Profile options in DB and like AD scripts (they will be recreated.)

Thanks for the update,i have verified profile options as well but none are changing.
