Hi Erman,


we are facing issues with few custom OAF pages where one user is able to access and another is unable to access the same page.currently as a workaround we are enddating the user and again creating a fresh user and then the user is able to access the page.we have raised SR but it is closed saying it is a custom OAF page.

we dont have a schedule for below programs in our instance.Not sure exactly this may be causing the issue.

Is this recommended to schedule programs synchronize workflow local tables,workflow directory services user/role validation in R12.2.5.

we need your help on this

"synchronize workflow local tables,workflow directory services" is obsoleted. Normally, it doesn't need to be run.

This needs to be investigated.
What I recommend you to do is;

*Clear the cache using Functional Admin responsibility.
*Run Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation -- "Using The "Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation" Program (Doc ID 369279.1)"
*Ensure the custom module is added properly (using EBS 12.2 's standard custom add methods)
Also -> 1. Submit concurrent program "Compile Security" with parameter Everything=Yes
           2. After the concurrent program completes successfully bounce OACORE
           3. Retest
