RDF based report output is not coming

Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing good.

We are running Custom forms and reports (WLS_FORMS & WLS_REPORTS) on weblogic 12c. We are trying to fetch the report output which is based on RDF but it's not generating. The report url load for a while and ends with no backend server available.

The same data is cloned on another machine and it's working fine.

Please suggest some solutions.

Send me the relevant logs. OHS and Weblogic (forms and reports related manager server log) + screenshot of the error please.
