Hi Erman,

hope you are doing well.

After RMAN restore L0 is completed, suppose I do not have the archivelog backups, can I take an incremental level backup from source based on SCN from the datafile headers on target and use same to recover?

yes.  this is  a correct roll-forward with incremental technique.
