Registry.dat error intermittently

Hi Erman,

We recently upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7. Forms are getting error that FRM-92120 Regisry.dat /missing.

This error is intermittent When the form is not closed properly by logging out from EBS.

after the clearing the temp file from java. and deleting the browsing history it runs fine.

Again it start giving error.

I enabled the java console

Cache entry not found [url: http:OA_JAVA/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat, version: null]

I recreated the jar files forcefully using adadmin.
Still we are getting the same issue.

Can you please help us on this.

You cleared the java cache + browser cache, right?

Please describe the environment that you have.. Any Load balancer? SSL enabled or not? enhanced jar signing implemented or not? etc..

Also send me the part of the Oracle HTTP Server logfile showing the problem..
Also send me the full java console log of the failing client.

Hi Erman,

It is due to load balancer, I have configured load balanacer but on second node application is not running.

my load balancer is map and node is map01 and node 2 map02
Whenever it tries to open form on node2 map02 the error occur.

Please suggest

Load balancer issue, right...

Please check the following section of the following document:

Using Load-Balancers with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1375686.1)
2.2: Using Hardware Load Balancers with Multiple Web Entry Points

Ensure your configuration in the EBS side is correct (according to the document above)

Also, check your Load Balancer and ensure that the configuration is correct.
You can compare the settings that you do for node 1 and node 2. (you can take the good one as a reference)

For successful integration of your load balancer with Oracle E-Business Suite application tiers, refer to your load balancer's documentation for details on how to configure the load balancing pool, virtual host configuration, and session persistence parameters
