Hi, Arslan,
we're facing an issue in our EBS 12.2 dev environment where we have 3 tire architecture (1db, 1 apps primary and 1 Isupplier-secondary nodes). The issue is about the responsibilities which are not getting displayed after we had regular bounce of the instance. No user is able to see the responsibilities. What we tried so far is below: - Application & Database bounce - Autoconfig on Application Core an iSupplier nodes - JSP Compilation on both Core & iSupplier nodes. - Compile APPS Schema - Compile Grants & Synonyms - Sync responsibility role data into the Workflow table by using below steps begin fnd_user_resp_groups_api.sync_roles_all_resp_secgrps(TRUE); end; Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation: exec wf_maintenance.ValidateUserRoles(p_BatchSize => null, p_check_dangling => TRUE, p_check_missing_ura => TRUE, p_UpdateWho => FALSE); - JSP Compilation on both Core & iSupplier nodes. ADDITIONAL InFORMATION that might help: COMPONENT_NAME COMPONENT_STATUS ---------------------------------------- ------------------------------ Workflow Deferred Agent Listener RUNNING Workflow Java Deferred Agent Listener RUNNING Request to help us ASAP, Kindly let me know if any else info is required. Did you check this note? -> "12.2 E-Business Suite Applications Framework Based Users Report All Homepage Responsibilities Appear As "Undefined" Or Nothing Happens When Clicking On Available Responsibilities In Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) (Doc ID 2324883.1)"
Does it look like your issue? I mean IE11 and everything? |
Yes, we're already on (FWK) RELEASE 12.2.6 BUNDLE 7. And tried with Chrome and firefox browsers. we've started the restore process now, I've a doubt here, would it had helped if we had done a dummy patching cycle and tried to access the application(responsibilities) through other file system after cutover ?
