Hello Erman,

I would like to solve a problem regarding sending e-mails via Oracle EBS r12.2.4.

Here it is the error message:

ENVOI_MAIL 011 : Envoi du mail
Erreur procedure ENVOI_MAIL :REPLY CLOSE_DATA : 421 - Service not available
ORA-29277: opération SMTP non valide
Erreur procedure ENVOI_MAIL


How to ckeck this function ?

What is the process that tries to send email via smtp?

Did you setup your smtp properly? smtp host, smtp port etc..?  (wallet if using your mailer is using SSL etc..)
