Estimated rows : rows that are expected to be the input for the specific plan operation.. So it is an estimation of Oracle optimizer and it is based on the number of rows.

So if you see 2M there near a PX BLOCK ITERATOR operation that gets its inputs from a FULL TABLE SCAN, then it means that FULL TABLE SCAN is expected to return 2 million rows; and PX BLOCK ITERATOR is expected to work on those 2 million rows... So that is the idea.
