SSO asks password on any connection

Hi,

on R12.2.9 DB 19c on AIX

SSO is used for login.

 password is asked again by SSO at any new connection.

Any advise?

Any log file to verify?

What do you mean by password is asked again by SSO at any new connection? In the login page? Or During navigation EBS screens? Send me a screenshot so I can understand the issue better.

Also declare your SSO environment. OAM+OID? or a custom login with an AD integration?

Thank you.

In the login page? Yes in the login page. For first connection user enter password. Then he is connected to EBS. He doessome jobs and disconnect. Then he  needs  to connect again. he connects to SSO URL. Now normaly he should not be asked to enter password again. But SSO asks.
declare your SSO environment. OAM+OID? Yes we have an OID and an OAM server.
