START and STOP autoconfig Without APPS Password in 12.2 EBS

HI ,

I would like to START and STOP autoconfig Without using APPS Password. Is it possible?

I could find below oracle document for START/STOP of applications using another user other than apps.
R12.2. Adadminsrvctl.sh Failed to Start WLS Adminserver When Using -secureapps Option (Doc ID 2053781.1)

I would like to know if we can execute autoconfig without using apps password.? Is it supported?

You can't run autoconfig without using apps password.
But you can write a wrapper (any kind of.. script, java program, c program etc..) to run autoconfig by providing apps password automatically during its run.
