Some components still English after applied NLS Turkish Patch.

Hi,
I installed EBS 12.2.0 and upgrade it 12.2.6. Later I have requested Turkish Translation patch from Oracle and apply it on my 12.2.6 platform.
I run adadmin for multilang. and I licensed Turkish Language on EBS.
But navigation menu still in English when I login in Turkish..

Have you ever faced problem like this ?

Hi Veysel,

for adding a new language to an EBS 12.2 system.

1.License the additional language.    
2.Maintain the multilingual tables.
3.Update the snapshot information for the complete APPL_TOP.
4.Create a translation patch synchronization request.  (applying a translation sych patch is recommended)
5.Apply the translation synchronization patch.
6.Generate message files.

There may be some specific problems after adding a language.
but, your issue is not acceptable.
Navigation menu - Home page still in English?

Thanks for quick reply.
My english and Turkish forms that under $AU_TOP arent match. I mean I have 2,8 GB TR fmb, and I have 3,7 english fmb.
I noticed that the NLS patch was corrupted..(because of network or filesystem error).

I think I need to reinstall my platform.
