Strat managers

Hi,
On R12.2.4 DB 11.2.0.4 on AIX,

after running adstrtal.sh
I had adstrtal.sh: Exiting with status 0
adstrtal.sh: Exiting with status 0
All enabled services for this node are started.
But
The followings have not started or have not as much process runing
Concurrent Managers
1 process instead of 13
Conflict Resolution Manager
0 process instead of 1
PA Streamline Manager
0 process instead of 1
Internal Scheduler Manager
0 process instead of 1
Inventory Manager
0 process instead of 1

How can I find the reason of non starting of the managers?

How to start the manually?

That list you provide consists of concurrent managers. Your concurrent managing engine is started, but some of the managers can not be started. (according to your output)
Check the logs of the managers you cannot restart. ( Internal manager + logs of those specific managers)
You can start specific concurrent managers using the Concurrent Manager Administration Form. There are buttons there.. (start, restart etc..)

Other than that, as far as I see, all your main EBS services are already started ->
