added ECC host and port entry in CONTEXTFILE run autoconfig started aplication, no error in any of these activities, but when try to login I see below error, this 12.2.9 EBS environment, SSL enabled This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.

Check your TLS settings.. Your browser settings as well..
Probably, your EBS is configured to communicate with a lower/older TLS/SSL protocal than the one that your client/browser expects.

Go through the MOS note below and try to find the problem in your configuration ->

Enabling SSL or TLS in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 2143101.1)

Also ensure that nothing is changed on your Domain or Client that forces a very high level TLS/SSL communication.
