Unable to Login EBS R12.2.10 in Windows 7 32bit

Hi Erman,



We have upgraded our application from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 and database 11.2.0.4 to 19c. Server OS is linux rhel 7 64bit. Able open the application in windows 10 systems. Our client has windows 7 32 bit systems. They are using internet explorer 8 version. Java version installed is java 8. While logging in from windows 7 32bit internet explorer we are able to open home page but when clicking on log in the error occured. PFA.

Is there any option to launch EBS R12.2.10 forms in windows 7 32bit operating systems.
