Hello Erman,

In the first look, it seems the Oracle database is unable to access the files due to the OS(IO layer) errors.
Check event log of Windows? Is this the situation or not? I mean , check that, the disks where redo files and datafiles are located can be accessed by Oracle Database without any issue.. |

In fact I have contacted the people in datacentre. There was an issue with the SAN. I did not see issues in Event Viewer log.

The database instance was down when I got this error in alert log. I restarted it. I will investigate to know exactly the issue on the server.
