Unable to login to oracle ebs console , only for few users.

Few oracle apps frontend user were unable to login to ebs. when they enter the username and password it keep loading and atlast it says can't reach page, where  as i can login to sysadmin with no issues. I tried to use the credentials of users which is facing issues , same issue not working for me too.

You didn't mention whether you have a SSO mechanism (like OAM or something like that between your clients and EBS) or not.. But! I feel like you have some issues related with the data.. Workflow notifications for instance.. For instance, if those users have lots of wf notifications, the query that generates the data for the home page may be taking time. If we could see the query, we could tell better things..
