Unable to print pdf report from browser window to DFX9000 Printer

Hi,

I am trying to print pdf report from browser window to DFX9000 DOT matrix printer but it overlapping the output on paper. while doing same practice by using IE it is printing as desired.

EBS application version is 12.2.7 and database version is 12.1.0.2

You didn't provide any details, so my help will be limited.

First ensure that whether you can print from the Application tier OS to your printer properly or not..
IF you can't even print properly from the application tier OS , then first concantrate on OS-Printer configuration before thinking about the EBS side.
