Unable to start up the managed server oacore_server1

After upgrade the java from JRockit 6 to JDK7 below issue happened, but in apps java -version still showing the old version. followed the below doc for java upgrade. Doc ID 1530033.1

admanagedsrvctl.sh version 120.14.12020000.12


Calling txkChkEBSDependecies.pl to perform dependency checks for oacore_server1
Perl script txkChkEBSDependecies.pl got executed successfully


Validated the passed arguments for the option ebs-get-serverstatus
oacore_server1 is in FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE mode.

Validated the passed arguments for the option ebs-nmstart-managedsrv
The Server oacore_server1 is not up. Proceeding to start the server.
Checking if the Node Manager is already up..
Connecting to Node Manager ...
Successfully Connected to Node Manager.

The Node Manager is already up.
JSSE is already disabled on oacore_server1
ERROR: Unable to start up the managed server oacore_server1

Server specific logs are located at /u01/preprod/apps/fs2/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain/servers/oacore_server1/logs

Hi,

Probably, you missed a step, or did something wrong while executing the java upgrade.
Review that note and ensure you have all the required things properly.. If you are sure about that,  check the log.. oacore log will tell you what the issue is.. Currently, your oacore is acore_server1 is FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE mode, so there must be something crucial there.
