Upgrade database 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2.in EBS 12.2.4

Hi Erman,
I want to upgrade database 11.2.0.3.to 12.1.0.2 in EBS 12.2.4
My question is after installation for 12c software can we apply the latest PSU patch and then upgrade the database in EBS 12.2.4. Please explain

Yes. you can.

Apply the DB PSU & OJVM PSU to your newly created 12C home, and then upgrade your database to 12C.
Normally, you dont even need to run the datapatch after upgrading your database..

The read me files of that kind of patches mention whether there is a need for doing that.. I mean, this kind of sentences -> " There are no actions required for databases that have been upgraded."
