Upgrade ebsR12.1.3 database 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4

Dear erman,

We have installed 11.2.0.4 software.According to document,it is mandatory to install Install Oracle Database 11g Products from the 11g Examples CD.We could not find any patch related to this.When we raise sr,they give the same patch which we used to install 11.2.0.4. We could not find it in edelivery. Any idea
