Upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.5

Hi Erman,

Please provide me the upgrade flow for upgrading my existing R12.1.3 to 12.2.5 in oracle linux 6. Also give me the upgrade flow in points.

Below are my existing system details:

Operating system : Oracle Linux Server release 6.5
Database Version: 12.1.0.1.0
EBS Application Version: 12.1.3
