When upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.7 we r getting error you have insufficient privileges to perform this operation

Dear Gurus,

All the custom pages are working in R12.2.7 after upgrade. But when calling a page from others page I am encountering the error you don't have the sufficient privileges to perform this operation please contact system administrator.

Below is from diagnosis

[208]:ERROR:[fnd.common.Message.auto_log]:FND�FND_INSUFF_PRIVILEGES� [208]:ERROR:[fnd.framework.OAException]:You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

Any pointers would b of g8 help.

It is for 12.1, but it may also work for your 12.2 too..

I followed the doc Id shared by you. I ran compile security program with setting the parameter to yes but issue remain the same.
