Workflow notification delay in sending email

Hi,

we are receiving email after 2 days. I have checked the workflow mailer log file. I see there is:

I have checked the blog

is it related to gsm issue?

Check this document: Workflow Mailer Stops Inbound Processing java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection reset (Doc ID 1588126.1)

This may be related with your network. It seems to be caused by a network delay..  Check with network them as well. (Ref: same error reported in E-Business Suite Users Experience Intermittent HTTP-500 Errors and Database Connection Errors (Doc ID 1314433.1), it is for conc manager but very similar and applicable)
