adop cutover

Hi,
on R12.2.9 DB 19C on AIX

I ran
adop phase=prepare
then
I applied a oracle_common_11.1.0.1 FMW patch on patch file system.

currently opatch lsinventory on patch FS shows it but not on run FS.

If I run

erun
adop phase=prepare, cutover, cleanup

would that patch be in  RUN file system and also patch file system ?

If not what should I do?
