adop options=forceapply

Hi,
On R12.2.9 DB 19c I ran adop to apply a patch and I had:

[WARNING] Skipping patch driver as it has already been applied. You can reapply adding options=forceapply

At the end it displayed adop finished successfuly.

Should I re run adop apply options=forceapply  ?

I don't think so. Seems no need. The patch seems already been applied.
If you check and ensure that, then no need to forcefully apply it again.
