adop phase=fs_clone failed....advice needed

Dear Erman,

After successfully upgrade from ebs 12.2.0 to ebs12.2.10 in test environment, post upgrade step is to run adop phase=fs_clone.

it has failed, kindly check the attachement log file and advice us.

also below are the adopscanlog...please check.txkADOPPreparePhaseSynchronize.log

bu we need to check the "console~OHS~1.log" and EBS_web_<blabla>.log.... Please check and send me what you see..
