after httpd.conf edited

On R12.2.13 on AIX, I edited httpd.conf and added:
AliasMatch ^/XX_HTML/(..*)"/U01/xxx/kkkx/$1"

What should I do to let it be effectif?

-Run autoconfig?

-stop-start apache using adapcctl.sh ?
