Hi Erman
Need your advise/input. We are migrating Oracle EBS 12.2.5 from public cloud to private cloud. We don't have access to run preclone activities on source system and neither would be able to do.
Only thing we will have is the Application file system copy using rsync.

Can you pls advise or point to any document that lists the steps needed to create an application tier on the target system. Hostname, IP address, domain name - everything will change in the target system.
OS will remain same i.e. OEL.

EBS on Cloud..

you probably will do a backup restore..preclone files may already be up-to-date. If it is so, you may skip executing preclone step.
 You can at least try that.

Cloning cloud to on-premise is not documented.
You can ask it to Oracle Support by creating SR.
