Hi Dear Erman!
All was working ok 19.24 and 12.2.14 and aq were ok, orders went from book->closed. Applied 19.25
Orders stayed only booked
Tried reset job_queue_processed and aq_tm_processes
alter system set aq_tm_processes=1 container=all scope=both ;
alter system set job_queue_processes=12 container=all scope=both ;
no any invalids in root , not relevant (no sys/system ++) in PDB
I can see q0 processes started and no errors in alert
PDB is READ WRITE and no restricted
Will restart nowDB and see if it helps.. But very strange did not see this before
Any hints? :)
