There is no such release called 11.2.5.10.. It should be 11.5.10.2 instead.

Yes, There is no such release called 11.2.5.10.. It should be 11.5.10.2. Appologise. It was my mistake (a typo).
1)Did I follow document 728331.1?  Did Ifollow every step documented there? No, just what to change mailtype to MAILHTM2.

Finaly a resolved the problem by setting to default botton at the end of preference page of SYSADMIN and couls send test mail.
