dataguard mrp0 process error

Hi Erman,

environment details: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0
Red Hat Linux

on my standby database, I see there is no archive gap.
SQL> select * from v$ARCHIVE_GAP;

no rows selected

However, the mrp0 process is in 'wait for log state'

I have already register the log and restarted mrp0. Can you please advise why archive logs are not being applied?

Diagnose the problem a little bit.

Give the details..


What do you see in the alert logs.
What is the status of this archivelog (165329) is it available in PROD? Is it available in Standby?

Is your configuration correct?  I mean the passsword file and all the other things.
