It seems you have one Root  and 2 subordinate certificates there. subordinates are like the intermediate ones.

Ok thanks. Then how do I receive the user certificates?

Your server certificate should also be signed and delivered to you by your  Security admin of your organization.

If this is related with the EM's ssl enablement, please refer to the oracle documents.  There you will see how to request your certificate properly.
