failed when upgrade from 12.2.8 to 12.2.9

I don't see any error in the adworker log files. Please ensure that you sent me the correct adworker log files..

Hi, it is failing while loading data using FNDLOAD.
We need to check the FNDLOAD log files, such as the following ones;

It seems there is some seed data missing.
Did you applied all the prereqs before applying this 12.2.9 upgrade patch?

Such as "CONSOLIDATED SEED TABLE UPGRADE PATCH"?
What is the story of this instance?
Did you install EBS 12.2.0 and upgrade it to 12.2.8? And then now you are trying to upgrade it to 12.2.9? Is that correct?

Yes i applied all prereqs patches .

the story of this instance .

I  install 12.2.0 then upgrade to 12.2.7  and implement our module

and upgrade to 12.2.8 and  Apply AD 11 and TXK 11 Delta patches

and then try to upgrade to 12.2.9 release .

I think, there is a seed data problem.
Maybe you skip some of the patches, during EBS 12.2.7 upgrade.
Please check the section named "Section 5: Apply Consolidated Seed Table Upgrade Patch (Required)" in "Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.7 Readme (Doc ID 2230783.1)" and ensure that you applied the patches that need to be applied. Also ensure that you did all the post installation tasks of those patches. (if there are some post install tasks for them ofcourse)

Gathered info from the log files:

  Error loading seed data for DESC_FLEX:  APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME = CSD, DESCRIPTIVE_FLEXFIELD_NAME = CSD_DC_DOMAINS,  ORA-20001: Synonym does not point to a seed data table: FND_COMPILED_DESCRIPTIVE_FLEXS
  Error loading seed data for DESC_FLEX:  APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME = CSD, DESCRIPTIVE_FLEXFIELD_NAME = CSD_DIAGNOSTIC_CODES_B,  ORA-20001: Synonym does not point to a seed data table: FND_COMPILED_DESCRIPTIVE_FLEXS
