isupplier user not connected

Dear Erman sir,

When I tried to connect isupplier user and gives username and password , it has given below message.

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

Kindly guide me , how to connect it.

It seems related with the profile settings. POS: Internal URL, POS: External URL and stuff like that..
