logs folders on patch FS has disappeared

Hi,
On R12.2.4 DB 11.2.0.4 on AIX
After applying Weblogic CPU
some folders on patch FS has disappeared:
On RUN we have:
/fs1/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain/servers(run)$ find . -name logs
./AdminServer/logs
./forms-c4ws_server1/logs
./forms_server1/logs
./oacore_server1/logs
./oafm_server1/logs

On PATCH:
/fs2/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain/servers(run)$ find . -name logs                    
./AdminServer/logs

Consequently Purge job has failed.

May FS_Clone did not work or any paroblem alike?

How did you apply the WLS PSU patch?
Did you run fs_clone afterwards?

There is a bug there..

Also clone/bin is disappered:

cd /dz/appl_top/mysystem/fs2/EBSapps/comn/clone/bin
ksh: /dz/appl_top/mysystem/fs2/EBSapps/comn/clone/bin:  not found.

 cd /dz/appl_top/mysystem/fs1/EBSapps/comn/clone/bin
ksh: /dz/appl_top/mysystem/fs1/EBSapps/comn/clone/bin:  not found.

I need to run adcfgclone.pl
Can create clon/bin and copy adcfgclone.pl from template directory?

I didn't understand your concern..
You said you lost the logs in patch fs .. (I suppose after running fs clone)
And I sent you the document for it .. There is a bug ->

/dz/appl_top/mysystem/fs2/EBSapps/comn/clone/bin

And

/dz/appl_top/mysystem/fs2/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain/servers                   /AdminServer/logs

Now

I need to run adcfgclone.pl
Can create clon/bin and copy adcfgclone.pl from template directory?

comn/clone directory is missing I guess..
Running adpreclone.pl on that fs/edition may fix/create it. Please try it and update me.
