memory requirement in oracle database

Dear Erman,

We are about to procure a new server for 12c database with R12.2.5 erp application.we have users around 1500.
500 users will be concurrently connect at any point of time
we will install only 1 database in the server
we use different server for installing application

we request you to suggest some approximate values like how much memory and cpu can be used
How much SGA_TARGET and PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET can we use
