I would like to know where oracle database 19c is available for download.

I searched on E-Delivery and Oracle downloads but can't find it.

Pls advise.

It is on E-Delivery.

But it is only available for Exadata and SuperCluster..

It seems; the production release of Oracle Database 19c is scheduled for on-premises availability in CY2019

It is probably be available for on-premises in Q2CY19. ( April, May, and June)
